Robb and his father Bill, started on the Eastern Shore in Greensboro in 1978 and added additional real estate offices in Easton and Federalsburg. In 1985, Robb decided to make his base office in Annapolis Maryland where they now have over 1,000 agents and are also in DC, VA, DE and PA.
